SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping to any location in territorial India is absolutely free. We provide you with a tracking number as well, along with the shipping confirmation email and SMS. Unfortunately, this does not include Andaman & Nicobar and the Lakshadweep Islands or any international destinations. Shipping time varies between 4-7 business days. Orders which we receive prior to 1 PM on any business day are dispatched the same day, in most cases. Orders received post 1 PM are dispatched the next day. Orders for furniture may, however, take a longer processing time.
RETURN POLICY
All our products are handcrafted and are designed to carry a rustic, unique look. So, a slightly unfinished edge is not a defect but an identifying feature of our products. Also, in the case of wooden furniture, the wood has an inherent capacity to expand, so the edges may not be very smooth in a few pieces out of the lot. Hence, the product which we ship would never be 100% same as shown in images because of image resolution, so it is prudent to expect a little variation. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us for a full refund within 48 hours of the date of delivery of the product. The following are the conditions for authorization of the return request:
- Delivery of wrong product (wrong colour/size/quantity/parts missing)
- Damaged product
Please note that we do not authorize a return request apart from the conditions mentioned above, and after 48 hours of delivery. Send the box through a reputed courier company and provide us with the Tracking number. Please ensure that the product reaches us within 15 days of its delivery to you.
