Shipping to any location in territorial India is absolutely free. We provide you with a tracking number as well along with the shipping confirmation email and SMS. Unfortunately, this does not include Andaman & Nicobar and the Lakshadweep Islands or any international destinations. Shipping time varies between 4-7 business days. Orders which we receive prior to 1 PM on any business day are dispatched the same day, in most of the cases. Orders received post 1 PM are dispatched the next day. Orders for furniture may, however, take a longer processing time.
All our products are handcrafted and are designed to carry a rustic, unique look. So, a slightly unfinished edge has not defected but an identifying feature of our products. Also, in the case of wooden furniture, the wood has an inherent capacity to expand, so the edges may not be very smooth in a few pieces out of the lot. Hence the product which we ship would never be 100% same as shown in images because of image resolution, so it is prudent to expect a little variation. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us for a full refund within 48 hours of the date of delivery of the product.
