Mango is an eco-friendly wood native to Hawaii. Similar to Olivewood, Mango trees are often harvested for lumber after they stop bearing fruit. Heartwood is usually golden-brown, but streaks of color can be found such as pink, yellow, and even black. The wood is often figured with curly grain and sometimes contains spalting.
